A billable conversation is a shopper session handled by Pocket Pal under the current plan rules. The usage page shows the current billing cycle, conversations used and remaining allowance.
What happens when the allowance is reached?
A 1,000-conversation top-up costs $39. Purchase and credit status are verified through Shopify before the extra conversations become available.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. The annual price equals eleven monthly payments, so the twelfth month adds no extra charge.
Does Growth include Shopify Markets?
Yes. Growth includes up to five enabled markets. Scale has no market limit. Both plans use the same market checks for products, content, policies and URLs.
Is there a free trial?
Both plans include a seven-day trial. Shopify shows the subscription price, billing interval and trial before you approve it.
Can I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed through Shopify billing. Cancellation and uninstall follow Shopify's billing lifecycle and the Terms of Service.
