Before you begin
You need a Shopify store and permission to install apps. Review the access request before approving installation; Pocket Pal uses Shopify data to synchronize products, markets, content, policies, orders and storefront behavior.
Install the app
- Open the AI Pocket Pal Shopify App Store listing.
- Choose Install and review Shopify’s permission screen.
- Approve the installation and return to the embedded app.
- Choose a Growth or Scale trial when Shopify presents the subscription approval.
Continue with onboarding
The welcome flow collects store context, personality preferences, initial knowledge settings and go-live choices. You can revisit each setting later from the embedded app.
